WALL WRAP/UNDERLAY
Synthetic wall underlays, penetration seals and drainage mat.
New Zealand’s premium all-purpose, fire retardant wall wrap. Watergate offers high water resistance and water vapour permeability. It is tried, tested and trusted by most New Zealand builders.
Lightweight synthetic, fire retardant underlay for use on timber and steel framing behind exterior wall cladding.
A lightweight, non-fire retardant, high strength, synthetic roof and wall underlay. Covertek 401 is self supporting.
OneSeal Multi-Fit Cable and Pipe Penetration Seals
OneSeal cable and pipe seals offer high strength adhesion for complete air tightness. Their ‘Multi-Fit’ flexible design is suitable for most pipe and cable sizes.
ROOF UNDERLAY
Synthetic roofing underlays, moisture vapour barriers and drainage mat.
Premium heavyweight, synthetic roof underlay. Covertek 407 is fire retardant and self-supporting. (Appraised for use in wall applications also).
Self-supporting, fire retardant synthetic roof underlay. Strong, stable and tear resistant. (Appraised for use in wall applications also).
Lightweight, fire retardant synthetic underlay designed for use on roofs and walls. Covertek 403 is non self-supporting, match with Ausnet hexagonal wire mesh.
A lightweight, non-fire retardant, high strength, synthetic roof and wall underlay. Covertek 401 is self supporting.
An economic, versatile lightweight roof underlay designed as a superior alternative to bituminous building paper.
Vapour Shield is a tear resistant polyethylene vapour barrier layer with one side that is white and one side that is black and can be laid either side up.
ROOF FOILS & MESH
Fire retardant foil insulation, roof safety mesh and support netting.
High strength, fire retardant foil underlay used to line walls and roofs in commercial and industrial buildings. Thermabar 397 gives a clean white finish.
Lightweight, fire retardant foil underlay for walls and roofs. Thermabar 344 is non self-supporting, it provides a quality white aesthetic finish increasing light diffusion and reflection. Match with Ausnet hexagonal wire mesh.
Premium roof safety mesh for use in commercial roof applications where falling hazards exist. Comes in Galvanised finish or PVC coating for high corrosive applications (e.g. coastal).
Lightweight galvanized steel mesh used to support roofing underlays, foils and insulations. Ausnet is NOT a safety mesh.

Damp Proof Course and concrete underlay.
Thermathene Black DPM 250 micron
250 micron Damp Proof Membrane. Tear and puncture resistant polyethylene concrete underlay.
Thermathene Orange DPM 300 micron
High strength 300 micron Damp Proof Membrane. Tear and puncture resistant extra heavy duty polyethylene concrete underlay.
Perimeter Damp Proof Course (DPC)
Bitumin-based Damp Proof Course used as a moisture barrier between framing and concrete, masonry or brick.
Supercourse 500 Damp Proof Course (DPC)
Synthetic Damp Proof Course that’s high impact and tear resistant. Supercourse is a robust polyethylene film embossed on both sides.
TAPES & ACCESSORIES
Window flashing tapes and accessories, stud straps and general purpose joining tapes.
Premium synthetic flashing tape providing high adhesion in the harshest conditions.
Bitumin-based, foil backed window flashing tape with high strength bond and excellent abrasion resistance and flexibility.
Used in conjunction with Thermakraft window flashing tapes to provide a robust corner flashing detail.
Synthetic tape providing superior bonding and edge sealing for joining underlays and rigid sheathing products.
Acrylic adhesive tape that provides excellent bonding to most substrates.
Used on the outside of wall framing to restrict insulation bellowing of wall underlays in drained cavity applications.
Used as a support for non self-supporting roof underlays or to support ceiling insulation.
